My Second Lesson

I ran some more pilot programs and altered the program with my friend then we began to create a basic program for our robor using light sensors and touch sensors to run motors and a lamp.

First Lesson

I taught my friend how to program a simple program into the LEGO NXT. We didn't build the model but we used the "Brain" part to upload the program onto. Our aim is to build a line follower which is relatively simple because I have been doing this in Robotics club for four years ever since I started school. We used ROBOLAB instead of the usual NXT program system. You can program dataloggers, RCXs or NXTs on ROBOLAB. I filled in a simple questionnaire about inputs and outputs. My friend and I have found it quite easy so far.
